EMC Considerations
EMC Considerations
For high electromagnetic compatibility requirements of your system, the power supply should be configured with a suitable peripheral circuit, please contact the Suplet technical support engineer.
When the PCB board is wired, the input and output copper wires should be as wide and short as possible, and the gap between wires should not be too large. If you need to lead out the wire, it can be considered that the input side wire and the output side wire should be twisted together respectively, and the distance between the input side wire and the output side wire should be stretched as far as possible. If there is a higher requirement for EMC, you can consider using shielded wires.
The conductor- wires at both ends of the high-frequency filter capacitor should be as short as possible to reduce the ESR-ESL of the capacitor and ensure its high-frequency filtering effect.
The input filter should be as close as possible to the device input power supply plug-in and to minimize the length of the wire connecting the filter to the plug-in. The filter input side conductor-wire and the output side conductor-wire should be drawn as far as possible, avoiding parallel or cross. If available, making a filter shielding compartment.
Filter FG connection housing terminals, power supply module FG connection housing terminals and Y capacitor ground ends should be close to the connection housing, and ensure grounding resistance as low as possible.
If there are both analog and digital circuits together, the analog circuit and the digital circuit can be powered separately, and the ground network of the two types of circuits is arranged separately and grounded at a single point.
